I will keep you on budget and on a solid timeline and do everything a contractor could do for you but at less than 10% of his cost and 2% of the project verses the 20% you will pay him whether you know it or not, whether it's cost plus or lump sum, he will make his 20%. I created, ran, and solely owned a $5,000,000.00 year company building 25 to 30 plus homes a year. The reason I sold was to have my life back to spend more time with my wife and two children, but I missed doing what I love and that is why I have created this opportunity, so that people can build the house of their dreams. The facts are if you were to build $300,000.00 home you would end up paying $60,000.00 to a contractor. You would pay me only $2,995.00 or $5999.00 depending on the level you choose and you would pay that in installments according to a draw schedule. At if any time you feel you are ready to continue without me and feel with the tools I’ve given you and the time we spent together has enabled you to carry out the project then you would not be required to pay the reaming draws. That would mean that same house you are now building for $245,000.00 which equals $55,000.00 of equity or you can put it into a larger home. You are in control of your money not me or the contractor or the bank. That is lesson one.
